Frequently asked questions
A few quick answers before you get in touch.
How far in advance should I enquire?
The earlier the better, especially for bespoke cakes, catering and events. Popular dates can book up quickly, so please get in touch as soon as you have a date in mind. Some designs might not be possible without plenty of notice, but we'll always do our best!
How is the final price confirmed?
Our guide prices are a helpful starting point. Every cake, catering order and event is tailored to your requirements, so we’ll confirm your final quote once we understand the design, size, guest numbers, location and any extras.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimums are shown in the guide prices where they apply—for example, personalised cupcakes have a minimum order of 12 and grazing tables serve a minimum of 10 guests.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. Please tell us about any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences when you enquire so we can discuss the right options for your order.
Do you offer delivery or collection?
Both are available depending on your order, location and event requirements. We serve Marbella, the Costa del Sol and surrounding areas; we’ll confirm the best collection, delivery or setup option with your quote. Collection is from the Cancelada/Benavista area.
What do you need for a cake quote?
Best thing to do is fill out our cake design form. Otherwise, just send us a WhatsApp and we'll work it out with you.
What do you need for catering or an event quote?

Can you help with more than just the cake?
Yes. Alongside bespoke cakes and cupcakes, Cupcake Tizzle offers catering, grazing tables, food stations and event support to help bring celebrations together.
